Das Bundesamt für Migration (BAMF) hatte in den Jahren 2015 und 2016 1.164.269 eingegangene Erstanträge auf Asyl zu verzeichnen. Obgleich die Zuzugszahlen gegenwärtig rückläufig sind wurden 2017 weitere 198.317 Erstanträge auf Asyl gestellt. Das Ziel von Migranten mit Fluchthintergrund ein unabhängiges Leben führen zu können ist ausschließlich durch die Integration in den deutschen Arbeitsmarkt möglich. Eine duale Berufsausbildung ebnet den Weg in ein Beschäftigungsverhältnis und ein damit verbundenes, geregeltes Einkommen. Aus wirtschaftlicher Sicht ist der Zuzug qualifizierter Arbeitskräfte ein Wunschdenken, mehrheitlich ist die Zuwanderung durch geringqualifizierte Menschen bestimmt. Das Forschungsinteresse der vorliegenden Arbeit liegt in der Ermittlung von Lösungsansätzen, um die Ausbildungsreife von Migranten mit Fluchthintergrund zu erarbeiten und den erfolgreichen Abschluss der dualen Berufsausbildung sicher zu stellen. Darüber hinaus soll ermittelt werden, welche Anforderung die duale Berufsausbildung von Migranten mit Fluchthintergrund an die ausbildenden Unternehmen stellt und die dabei entstehenden Chancen aus Unternehmenssicht bewerten.

Dies wird sich wahrscheinlich auch in naher Zukunft nicht ändern, denn in der Öffentlichkeit tauchen immer wieder neue Schreckensmeldungen auf, dass Betriebe geschlossen oder ins Ausland verlagert werden. Dies bedeutet zwangsläufig einen vermehrten Verlust an Ausbildungs- und Arbeitsplätzen auf dem deutschen Arbeitsmarkt. Unter den Leittragenden sind vor allem Individuen, die bestimmten Problemgruppen zugeordnet werden können. Darunter befinden sich vor allem Frauen, Jugendliche und Migranten bzw. Ausländer. Vor allem ist die Jugendarbeitslosigkeit mit 9,9% (Stand: April 2008) in der Bundesrepublik recht hoch, worunter sich auch ein großer Anteil an Migrantenjugendlichen befindet. Daher soll sich diese Arbeit speziell auf die berufliche Integration von Jugendlichen mit einem Migrationshintergrund beziehen. Gerade diese Bevölkerungsgruppe hat enorme Schwierigkeiten nach der Schulausbildung einen Ausbildungsplatz zu finden. Häufig werden die Probleme bei den Jugendlichen selbst gesucht, da sie angeblich nicht über ausreichende Sprachkenntnisse sowie über fehlende bzw. schlechte Bildungsabschlüsse verfügen. Doch die Gesellschaft sollte Jugendliche mit Migrationshintergrund nicht als homogene Gruppe betrachten, denn es gibt auch Jugendliche unter ihnen, die die notwendigen Voraussetzungen, wie gute Bildungsabschlüsse, durchaus vorweisen können um eine Berufsausbildung erfolgreich abschließen zu können. Doch selbst dieser Personenkreis hat enorme Probleme in die Berufswelt integriert zu werden. Daher soll nun in der vorliegenden Arbeit einer-seits darauf eingegangen werden, welche Faktoren für die Benachteiligung der Jugendlichen mit Migrationshintergrund auf dem deutschen Ausbildungsmarkt verantwortlich sind. Andererseits stellt sich natürlich die Frage, inwieweit berufsvorbereitende Maßnahmen dazu beitragen, dass die Migrantenjugendlichen schnellstmöglich in die Berufswelt integriert werden können.
