Als vierte Aufgabe beziehe ich mich auf drei konkrete Zielsetzungen im Bereich des strategischen Bildungsmanagements. Anschließend werden Balanced Score Cards für das operative Bildungsmanagement auf der Basis der drei schon beschriebenen Zielsetzungen entwickelt. Außerdem werden anhand der Ziele Stolpersteine für die Umsetzung der inklusiven Schule beschrieben.

Dies rückt besonders Bildungsinstitutionen wie schulische Einrichtungen in den Fokus der Öffentlichkeit, repräsentieren sie doch potenzielle Ausweitungsmechanismen gesellschaftlicher Teilhabemöglichkeiten von Menschen mit Behinderungen in allen Fragen sozialer Exklusion und Inklusion und spielen demnach eine tragende Rolle im Kontext biografischer Entscheidungen sowie der (inter-)nationalen Bildungspraxis. Die Reproduktion sozialer Ungleichheiten durch die Institution Schule und des dort aktuell (noch) vorherrschenden, hierarchischen Leistungsprinzips soll durch die Akzeptanz eines transnormalistischen Fähigkeitsspektrums aller Lernenden im Sinne einer inklusiven Unterrichtsgestaltung möglichst eingedämmt und sukzessive verringert werden.
