Il manuale rappresenta una guida che accompagna il consulente energetico dal sopralluogo alle scelte progettuali in materia ed è stato aggiornato sino alla legge n. 90/2013 di conversione del D.L. n. 63/2013 e al D.p.r. n. 75/2013. Existing energy infrastructure, new infrastructure and future planning need to consider emerging climate conditions and impacts on design, construction, operation, and maintenance.
