Download or read book Identification des systèmes en boucle fermée written by Marion Gilson and published by . This book was released on 2000 with total page 176 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle.

Book excerpt: CE TRAVAIL CONCERNE L'IDENTIFICATION DES SYSTEMES LINEAIRES, MULTIVARIABLES, REPRESENTES SOUS FORME D'ETAT DISCRETE. DANS LE PREMIER CHAPITRE, NOUS DISCUTONS DE LA GENERATION DES SEQUENCES D'EXCITATION ET DES OPERATIONS DE PRE-TRAITEMENT DES SIGNAUX ISSUS DU SYSTEME. LA REPRESENTATION D'ETAT DISCRETE DES SYSTEMES MULTIVARIABLES ET LE PASSAGE DE CELLE-CI A LA REPRESENTATION PAR MATRICE POLYNOMIALE SONT ENSUITE ABORDES. DANS LE TROISIEME CHAPITRE, NOUS EVALUONS LES PERFORMANCES DE TROIS METHODES NON PARAMETRIQUES D'IDENTIFICATION STRUCTURALE A L'AIDE D'UNE SIMULATION DE MONTE CARLO SUR DEUX EXEMPLES DIDACTIQUES. DANS LE CHAPITRE SUIVANT, NOUS DEVELOPPONS DEUX NOUVEAUX ALGORITHMES D'ESTIMATION PARAMETRIQUE (VARIABLE INSTRUMENTALE SURDETERMINEE ET METHODE FONDEE SUR LE PRINCIPE DE COMPENSATION DE BIAIS). CES ALGORITHMES SONT ENSUITE COMPARES, A L'AIDE DE SIX CRITERES, A UN ENSEMBLE DE TECHNIQUES EXISTANTES DANS LA LITTERATURE. POUR CONCLURE, NOUS ETABLISSONS UN TABLEAU RECAPITULATIF DES PERFORMANCES DE SEPT METHODES ETUDIEES SUIVANT LES CRITERES FIXES. LES ALGORITHMES ETUDIES AU CHAPITRE 5 APPARTIENNENT A LA CLASSE DES METHODES, APPELEES N4SID DANS LA LITTERATURE ANGLO-SAXONNE. CES ALGORITHMES PERMETTENT D'ESTIMER DIRECTEMENT LES PARAMETRES DU MODELE D'ETAT DISCRET. DANS CETTE CATEGORIE DE METHODES, NOUS PROPOSONS UN ALGORITHME ORIGINAL ALLIANT CETTE APPROCHE AUX POLYNOMES DE LAGUERRE, QUI PERMET DE REDUIRE LE TEMPS DE CALCUL ET D'AMELIORER LES RESULTATS DE L'ESTIMATION DES PARAMETRES. DANS LE DERNIER CHAPITRE, NOUS UTILISONS LES ALGORITHMES LES PLUS PERFORMANTS DECRITS DANS LES CHAPITRES 3, 4 ET 5, POUR IDENTIFIER DEUX PROCESSUS PILOTES MULTIVARIABLES: UN PONT ROULANT SIMPLIFIE ET UN SYSTEME D'ENTRAINEMENT DE BANDE DE MATERIAUX

This book was released on 2011 with total page 142 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle.

Book Synopsis Semiparametric Theory and Missing Data by : Anastasios Tsiatis
Download or read book Semiparametric Theory and Missing Data written by Anastasios Tsiatis and published by Springer Science & Business Media. This book was released on 2007-01-15 with total page 392 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This book summarizes current knowledge regarding the theory of estimation for semiparametric models with missing data, in an organized and comprehensive manner. It starts with the study of semiparametric methods when there are no missing data. The description of the theory of estimation for semiparametric models is both rigorous and intuitive, relying on geometric ideas to reinforce the intuition and understanding of the theory. These methods are then applied to problems with missing, censored, and coarsened data with the goal of deriving estimators that are as robust and efficient as possible.

Download or read book Random Polynomials written by A. T. Bharucha-Reid and published by Academic Press. This book was released on 2014-05-10 with total page 223 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Probability and Mathematical Statistics: A Series of Monographs and Textbooks: Random Polynomials focuses on a comprehensive treatment of random algebraic, orthogonal, and trigonometric polynomials. The publication first offers information on the basic definitions and properties of random algebraic polynomials and random matrices. Discussions focus on Newton's formula for random algebraic polynomials, random characteristic polynomials, measurability of the zeros of a random algebraic polynomial, and random power series and random algebraic polynomials. The text then elaborates on the number and expected number of real zeros of random algebraic polynomials; number and expected number of real zeros of other random polynomials; and variance of the number of real zeros of random algebraic polynomials. Topics include the expected number of real zeros of random orthogonal polynomials and the number and expected number of real zeros of trigonometric polynomials. The book takes a look at convergence and limit theorems for random polynomials and distribution of the zeros of random algebraic polynomials, including limit theorems for random algebraic polynomials and random companion matrices and distribution of the zeros of random algebraic polynomials. The publication is a dependable reference for probabilists, statisticians, physicists, engineers, and economists.

Download or read book The General Theory of Homogenization written by Luc Tartar and published by Springer Science & Business Media. This book was released on 2009-12-03 with total page 466 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Homogenization is not about periodicity, or Gamma-convergence, but about understanding which effective equations to use at macroscopic level, knowing which partial differential equations govern mesoscopic levels, without using probabilities (which destroy physical reality); instead, one uses various topologies of weak type, the G-convergence of Sergio Spagnolo, the H-convergence of François Murat and the author, and some responsible for the appearance of nonlocal effects, which many theories in continuum mechanics or physics guessed wrongly. For a better understanding of 20th century science, new mathematical tools must be introduced, like the author’s H-measures, variants by Patrick Gérard, and others yet to be discovered.
