For ease of reading and consulting, each part begins with an overview to bring readers up to speed on the subject discussed, followed by articles from experts. Most of the material covered in this Report reflects the work of ICAO and its groups of experts, although some articles are dedicated to main developments outside ICAO of relevance to the discussions on aviation and the environment.
