Book excerpt: The author, Howell Woltz, was kidnapped by federal agents and his wife was taken hostage in an attempt to force him to help government prosecute the political enemy of a federal judge. Every constitutional protection was violated in this true roller-coaster tale of judicial lawlessness in the United States, showing just how far America has drifted from rule of law. Put on your seat belt. This is a thriller.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: For the first time in decades, America has a leader with the courage to face the insidious philosophy of Progressivism. Started by Elites in 1890s England who believed that a small group of wealthy intellectuals was divinely destined to (benevolently) rule the world, their feudal beliefs of noble and serf now permeate the body politic of America. But the Progressives of both parties underestimate us and our resolve. Their billionaire Elitist backers are no match for us. Demeaning Democrat Progressives calling Americans who love their country 'deplorables' are equally despicable to their counterparts on the Republican side promising 'less government and spending' only to join forces with them to take our nation to a place not allowed under our contract. That contract is the United States Constitution and "We the People" are the first party to the agreement. The party of the second part is the federal government of the United States, which presently stands in breach of it. It's time we take back our nation and we need to do it while we have a leader in the White House with the courage to help us rather than hinder our efforts as those before him have done. Love him or hate him, Donald Trump is our only chance or hope. Even with his support, the sole means of circumventing the obstacles within government itself, is to go around them. The Founders, as if expecting their government to lose its way at the federal level, gave We the People the weapon to put the federal genie back in the bottle when absolutely necessary. That weapon is Article V of the Constitution and we are already moving ahead to deploy it. RESTORING AMERICA details a Step-by-Step roadmap of not only what happened, but how we can get back to Constitutional Rule of Law while putting those who were intended to serve us, back in their place, or out of government altogether. We are the Masters, not the Progressives, and it is high time they were reminded of it. Welcome to the Devolution, back to Rule of Law and the Constitution of the American Republic---as it was written. Howell W. Woltz The International Centre for Justice

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This book is an historical account of the emergence of youth gangs and the transformation of these into street gangs in the United States. The author traces the emergence of these gangs in the four major geographical regions over the span of two centuries, from the early 1800s to 2012. The author’s authoritative analysis explains gang emergence and expansion from play groups to heavily armed street gangs responsible for a large proportion of urban crimes, including drive-by shootings that often kill innocent bystanders. Nationwide, street gangs now account for 1 in 6 homicides each year, and for 1 in 4 in very large cities. In recent years, the number of gangs, gang members, and gang homicides increased, even though the U.S. has seen a sharp drop in violent and property crimes over the past decade. The author’s historical analysis reveals the key contributing factors to transformation of youth gangs, including social disorganization that occurred following large-scale immigration early in American history and urban policies that pushed minorities to inner city areas and public housing projects. This analysis includes the influence of prison gangs on street gangs. The first generation of prison gangs emerged spontaneously in response to dangers inside prisons. The second generation was for many years extensions of street gangs that grew enormously during the 1980s and 1990s, particularly in large urban areas in which public housing projects have served as incubators for street gangs. The third generation of prison gangs is extremely active in street-level criminal enterprises in varied forms, often highly structured and well managed organizations that are actively involved in drug trafficking. In recent years, returning inmates are a predominant influence on local gang violence. Now, prison gangs and street gangs often work together in street-level criminal enterprises. This book identifies the most promising ways that gang violence can be reduced. The best long-term approach is a combination of gang prevention, intervention, and suppression strategies and programs. Targeted suppression of gang violence is imperative. Street-workers that serve as violence interrupters can break the cycle of contagious gang violence.
