Life insists we do things like: - Get out of bed. - Study for exams. - Show up for work. - Think about exercise. - Make sales calls. The list goes on and on. There are so many mind-numbing things we know we should do, but our minds and bodies say, "No!" So what do we really need? How about strategies we can actually use? Instead of feeling defeated and sluggish, we can take iron-fisted control of our minds and get motivated in less than 60 seconds. We can struggle, feel guilty, and fight motivation fatigue for the rest of our lives, or we can learn how to be smarter than our unmotivated brains. Life is short. Let’s feel motivated to do what we have to do. No need to suffer. Let our minds work for us, instead of against us. Scroll up and start reading this book now!

Book excerpt: There are—literally—thousands of fitness programs out there to choose from. What makes the 60-Second Sweat different? For the past 15 years, Patrick Striet has run a fitness training facility in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he has worked with hundreds of every day men and women—working moms, college students, senior citizens, middle-aged men, and more (plus a few elite athletes). Through this experience, he has identified the barriers most people face when it comes to exercising consistently—lack of time, lack of results, injuries, boredom—and specifically designed the 60-Second Sweat to address them. The 60-Second Sweat is: Efficient: Most mainstream fitness programs call for a 5 to 6-day per week commitment, with workouts ranging up to an hour (or more) in duration. What’s more, most programs focus on one component of fitness in each workout. For example, you might do cardiovascular exercises for 45 minutes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and then strength train for an hour on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Who has time for that? Not me…and probably not you either. With the 60-Second Sweat, you’ll work out between 20 to 40 minutes a day for 3 to 4 days a week, and you will never be performing the same exercise or activity for more than 1 minute at a time. Effective: HIIT (high-intensity interval training), in which you alternate between bouts of intense exercise and short “rest” periods, has been a growing fitness trend for several years now, and for good reason. Research has shown that it’s more effective than traditional steady-state workouts for both building cardiovascular fitness and shedding fat. However, it neglects muscular fitness, which is key for boosting metabolism. So the 60-Second Sweat combines HIIT with MRT (metabolic resistance training) to build strength along with cardiovascular fitness in one comprehensive workout. Safe: Keeping in mind the typical orthopedic issues most “real world” adult face—cranky knees, aching backs, stiff shoulders, and sore necks—the 60-Second Sweat gives equal weight to every muscle group, and not just the showy mirror muscles emphasized by many fitness programs. Exercises progress gradually in difficulty and intensity so that you start seeing results right away, building from a beginner level to advanced in just 9 weeks. Varied: The 60-Second Sweat is a balanced and functional movement-based plan, requiring basic and fundamental human movement patterns performed with bare bones equipment. During the 60-Second Sweat workouts, you will never be performing the same exercise or activity for more than 1 minute, so you will never get bored. Every exercise, set, rep…every minute…will count for and towards something: developing the best and fittest you! Bottom line: the days of inefficient, archaic, time-consuming, unsafe, and impractical fitness workouts are over. Based on the most up-to-date principles in modern exercise science, the 60-Second Sweat is a program, not just a workout. It is not a short-term fix, but, rather, a roadmap to the fittest, most confident you. While the 60-Second Sweat workouts will certainly challenge you and leave you dripping in sweat, that’s not the end goal. The purpose of the programs in this book is for you to attain phenomenal and sustainable fitness…safely and realistically…1 minute at a time.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Objections happen. Ouch! We don’t like them. We feel rejected. We begin our defensive mode. It doesn’t have to be this way. Instead, what if: - We knew how to prevent objections? - We could eliminate fear and rejection? - We could easily handle the few remaining objections, and turn them into “yes” decisions? Objections are not a live/die, win/lose, fight-to-the-death verbal combat. Most objections are simply unanswered questions in our prospects’ minds. They want what we have to offer, but uncertainty holds them back. How do we change this scenario? Two ways. #1. Learn how to prevent objections. #2. Exactly how to answer raised objections. The good news? We can master these two ways and totally remove our fear of objections. Now our network marketing business becomes more fun. We will look forward to our conversations with our prospects. More good news? We can agree with our prospects. We can honor their point of view. Our relationship remains strong. And want to turn our skills into superskills? Part two introduces us to the magic of word pictures. Yes, we can transcend many objections by instilling bigger visions. When our prospects' vision is big enough, nothing will stand in their way. Learn the basic objection templates here. See the word-for-word answers that put our prospects back into their buying and joining modes.

The opportunity is there, but ... now we wonder, "Do I have to be special? Will I have to master superpowers? Do I need to take bullets of rejection and walk through brick walls? Will I need personality steroid injections?" If we have these attributes, great. But, we won't need them to be in the top 1% of all network marketers. Our journey to the top is much easier than we think. Why? First, most of the competition isn't even trying. We left them behind with our first baby step forward. They are busy scrolling social media looking for cat videos, while we are busy building our teams. Second, our competition doesn't have an easy-to-follow plan that works. It is impossible for them to get a headstart when they don't even know where to start. We have the exact step-by-step successful plan in this book. This feels achievable, so what is the difference between us and the 99% who admire our success? It is not about superpowers or extra effort. It is about doing the right things. Simple steps anyone can follow. Steps we can put into action immediately. Ready? Let's begin building our story of success now.

Book excerpt: In Women Can't Hear What Men Don't Say, Dr. Warren Farrell demonstrates how gender-based anger at home, in the workplace, in omnipresent media images, and throughout the overall culture combines with men's own fear of speaking out to misrepresent the inner and outer reality of men's lives. Looking at the world from the perspectives of both men and women, Dr. Farrell provides a remarkable communication program to assist couples in moving beyond the current tripwire assumptions that lead to so much gender-based conflict, and to allow them to understand and love each other more fully than ever. His methods are the culmination of thirty years of experience with thousands of men and women in workshops, groups, and seminars. They prove that strategies that create love at home can also produce success and respect in the workplace.
