The past statistics also indicated that the income inequality in Japan and China have been greater within older group. This life long gap starts widening around the age of 40, when the speed of job promotions begins to differ among employees. It will bring more equal wage determination between older age workers and younger age workers and robotics can avoid the age discrimination to cause the lower unequal or unfair wage determination to the older age workers in China and Japan both countries because the China and Japan employers can evaluate whether the worker who ought pay higher wage or lower wage. The reason is not based on age factor. The older age worker ought pay higher wage to compare the younger age worker in the factory if the older age worker can raise productive efficiencies higher than the youger age worker after they both have trained to learn how to cooperate with the robotics to work together in the factory's team. Then, the firm's senior level and under level wage gap will be larger to compare with it chooses to recruit the another new employee who enters to this firm to do the senior level position. Because the firm's distance of wage gap between the lower level and the middle or upper level employees, it is depended the factor, such as the upper level employee position who is either come from whose firm's promotion or the choice of its new staff's outside employment method. So, why the difference of wage distant gap to any large enterprise, which is caused by the senior management level position is either recruited from promotion method or recruitment from outside employment method.
