The family migrated to Sugar Creek Township, Virgo County, Indiana, in 1825. George married 2) Mary Polly Hearn in 1826. George and Mary are buried in the Bethel Cemetery Virgo County, Indiana. Descendants listed lived in Indiana, Washington, Oregon, California, Wisconsin, Illinois, Kansas and elsewhere.
