It contains the information presented in NCSTIB- 91-1 and HDL SR-91-8 along with the results of the second-phase of testing at the Defense Nuclear Agency (DNA) Advanced Research Electromagnetic Simulator (ARES) facility. This report documents the FD-565 system configuration and test configurations and describes the test facilities and data acquisition and processing systems. The tests were carried out at different HEMP facilities because the 60-kV/m free-field level could not be reached at the Naval Air Test Center (NATC) facility as planned. Three different kinds of data are presented: operational data, bulk-current data, and field-level data. For the purpose of statistical analysis, all the operational data are tabulated at the end of this report.
