La reacción de la comunidad global ha sido la definición de nuevos objetivos; el Acuerdo de París ante el Cambio Climático y la Agenda 2030 de Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible definida por las Naciones Unidas. ¿Es esto suficiente? Desde la Fundación Kaleidos.red y el Foro nesi queremos hacer una aportación en clave estratégica y operativa. La transformación debe iniciarse desde lo local.
