Il s’agit de définir des catégories et des mises en perspective historique, puis de dégager des terrains d’exercice de ce catholicisme (clergé, paroisses, communautés, liturgie puis réseaux et instances de socialisation) avant d’évoquer quelques mobilisations militantes récentes (blasphème, Glorious, JMJ, « Manif pour tous »).
