Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Adam was the first of a creation of occupying agents of heaven in the world. He was given this mission and access to all the authority, wisdom, and power of heaven to accomplish it. But he failed. He made a choice to go his own way and follow God’s enemy. His spiritual connection to God was dissolved after that; and the access he had to heaven’s authority, wisdom, and power dissolved with it. Jesus Christ, the Son of God would have to come. He would satisfy the sin debt owed by mankind to God and restore to man the possibility of that same heavenly potential that God had placed in that first man, Adam. We are not called to mediocre lives but lives of greatness that stand out and distinguish us from others. If you look around you and don’t see a vast difference between you and those around you, if you are struggling and you are saved, something is missing. We are to be “living epistles read of men” (2 Corinthians 3:1–3) and “as he is, so are we like him in this world” (1 John 4:17). If I were to meet you for the first time today, would your life be demonstrating the blessing and promises of God? Are you on the path to receiving those things with God right now? If not, you have been missing a critical teaching from the Word of God. If you are saved and settled, this book is for you. As children of a creator God, we should always be productive. The devil has robbed many of us even the desire to grow, and we don’t even know it. We should be growing in all of the promises and the provision of God at all times. Settling down into complacency was never part of God’s plan. You and I should be carrying out the work of God with confidence and knocking down every obstacle to that end daily. I can prove it, and I can show you how to achieve it in your own life.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This is book one of a trilogy. This book identifies God's intent for the creation and how that applies today. The time frame for this book includes the time before "creation", the seven days of this creation, the initial sin of mankind and the initial consequences of that sin. Dr. Wood addresses the issue of evolution and how science and Scripture interface. Did dinosaurs exist or are they an elaborate hoax of science? Is the earth really six or seven thousand years old? How old is the universe? Are the cosmos and the earth the same age? When did men first walk the earth? Are we the first sentient persons to walk the earth? What are the spiritual realities placed in the earth during the seven days of this present creation? This book provides unique insight into creation, God's original intent and the awful consequences of sin.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Kevin Giles has been writing on women in the Bible for over forty years. In this book, What the Bible Actually Teaches on Women, he gives the most comprehensive account to date of the competing conclusions to this question and the issues surrounding it. To understand the bitter and divisive debate among evangelicals over the status and ministry of women, it needs to be understood that those who since 1990 have called themselves "complementarians" argue that in creation before the fall God set the man over the woman. Thus, the leadership of the man and the subordination of the woman in the home, the church, and wherever possible in the world (the whole creation) is the God-given ideal that is pleasing to God. It is this "theology" that Kevin Giles deconstructs and shows to be without a biblical foundation. Giles shows that he is fully conversant with the complementarian position and yet is unpersuaded by it. He sees it as an appeal to the Bible to preserve male privilege, similar to the appeals to the Bible to validate slavery and Apartheid; appeals to the Bible made by some of the best Reformed and evangelical biblical scholars, and now seen to be special pleading. Carefully studying the limited number of texts on which complementarians predicate their theology of the sexes, Giles finds not one of them actually teaches what complementarians claim. Furthermore, complementarians too often ignore the texts that are very difficult for them. In this book the ordination of women gets only passing mention. The constant focus is on whether or not the Bible subordinates women to men as an abiding theological principle.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Who is Jesus Christ? You've never met Him in person, and you don't know anyone who has. But there is a way to know who he is. How? Jesus Christ - the divine Person revealed in the Bible - has a unique excellence and a spiritual beauty that speaks directly to our souls and says, "Yes, this is truth." It's like seeing the sun and knowing that it is light, or tasting honey and knowing that it is sweet. The depth and complexity of Jesus shatter our simple mental frameworks. He baffled proud scribes with his wisdom but was understood and loved by children. He calmed a raging storm with a word but would not get himself down from the cross. Look at the Jesus of the Bible. Keep your eyes open, and fill them with the portrait of Jesus in God's Word. Jesus said, "If anyone's will is to do God's will, He will know whether the teaching is from God or whether I am speaking on my own authority." Ask God for the grace to do His will, and you will see the truth of His Son. John Piper has written this book in the hope that all will see Jesus for who he really is and will come to enjoy him above all else.

Book excerpt: In the times we are living in now purpose is a crisis. A lot of people do not know why they were born. Most do not even care why they were born and therefore living their lives however. Life has become meaningless for many of us because we do not know what our purpose is in life. Purpose is everything and we need to pursue it with everything we have. We were definately not created to live, work, have children and then die. Our purpose is far more significant than this. The bible says that for without vision the people perish. We are perishing because we do not have purpose in life. Now we have more young people dying than our elderly. It is because of lack of knowledge of God's intention for us. Do you know the reason God created you? Are you fulfilling God's designed purpose and will for your life? Are you walking the path God planned for you? If there is a NO from you to one of these questions or even a slight hesitation in you answer, then this book is for you. It does not matter whether you believe in God, heaven, eternal life or not; you need to read this book. The crux of this book derives from my own personal encounter, experience, knowledge and somewhat revelation about hte plan of God for His creation.

Find out what Scripture has to say about the answer to this question as you develop a strategic life plan that is centered on God's purpose and vision for your life. Learn to see your entire life and all the everyday things that you do as divine assignments given to you by God Himself. You may change your perspective on life and gain a whole new passion for living. To begin this process we must understand our origin. Where do we come from? Why are we here? What is the meaning of life? What (or who) defines our purpose? These are the most fundamental questions for a business to answer before creating a business plan, and they are the most fundamental, foundational knowledge that an individual must acquire and define before any meaningful plan for life can be developed. The intent of this book is to be a guide to a stronger understanding of Gods purpose for you, and to apply this understanding to the defining of values and a vision for your life. In later chapters you will see how applying the foundation of purpose, values and vision through ALL of the missions in your life with a clear strategy that maintains focus on your original purpose, will help reveal Gods purpose for your life. When asked to define their purpose in life people often state that they were meant to be an engineer, or accountant, or doctor, or clergymen, or parent, or whatever. Someone may be called to one of these specific missions, but a mission in life is different from lifes purpose. A mission is a life role, or assignment Purpose is a fundamental meaning, or reason for being

And here are some reasons as to why this must be. The original Bible was not written in our modern English, which is a far different language than Hebrew and Greek the original languages of the Holy Scriptures. Hence the reason for us to become avid students of the Word of God. We, living today are not the original recipients of Scripture and as such we need to understand what the original recipients understood when they first received that Word. We must be willing to let the Bible interpret itself and not hang on to our theories for the Scriptures. That the Bible speaks of at least four Heavens and three earths. And as such we need to dig deep into the Word of God and find them and apply this understanding in our study. Remember what the Scriptures say in Proverbs 25:2 It is the glory of God to conceal the word, and the glory of kings to search out the speech. With that said let us now take a deeper dive and journey into the Word of God with the intention of extracting much needed revelation concerning these Heavens and Earths.
