Frauen sind die „Guten“, Männer sind die „Bösen“. So wird es von der Gesellschaft oft und gerne gesehen. Gewalt, so die Moral von vielen Menschen, existiert aufgrund einer patriarchalischen Gesellschaft. Es wurde lange Zeit angenommen das aggressives, gewalttätiges und destruktives Verhalten in erster Linie männliche Eigenschaften sind. Einige Konzeptionen der Frauenbewegung sagen aus, dass die Ursache von zerstörerischen Aggression und Gewalt in der Patriarchat geprägten Gesellschaft liegt. Ganz nach dem Motto „..., dass eine Gesellschaft, in der Frauen das Sagen hätten, friedlich und gewaltfrei wäre“ (Heyne 1993, S.12). In jüngster Zeit aber wird unsere Gesellschaft immer wieder mit destruktiven, aggressiven und gewalttätigen Verhalten von Frauen konfrontiert. Tatsache ist, dass auch Frauen trotz einer „männerdominierenden“ Gesellschaft, objektiv Positionen haben, in denen sie Macht und Herrschaft ausüben können. Zum Beispiel gegenüber alter, pflegebedürftiger Menschen oder ihren eigenen/fremden Kindern (vgl. Heyne 1993, S.11). Das moralische Bild, das ausschließlich Männer an Gewaltdelikten beteiligt sind, schwindet. Es wird zunehmend bekannter, dass auch Frauen zu Täterinnen werden können. In der nun folgenden Arbeit möchte ich mich dem Thema TäterInnen von sexuell missbrauchten Kindern nähern. Vorwiegend werde ich mich mit Täterinnen und die Hintergründe ihrer sexuellen Gewalthandlungen beschäftigen, begleitend mit der Frage, ob Täterinnen sich von Tätern unterscheiden.

The reason for this is obvious: the concepts of ‘values’ and ‘goods’ are part of the eudaimonistic tradition, and he famously criticizes eudaimonism for its flawed ‘material’ approach to ethics. But he uses, on several occasions, the traditional teleological language of goods and values. Especially in the Groundwork and the Critique of Practical Reason, Kant develops crucial points on this conceptual basis. Furthermore, he implicitly discusses issues of conditional and unconditional values, subjective and objective values, aesthetic or economic values etc. In recent Kant scholarship, there has been a controversy on the question how moral and nonmoral values are related in Kant’s account of human dignity. This leads to the more fundamental problem if Kant should be seen as a prescriptvist (antirealist) or as subscribing to a more objective rational agency account of goods. This issue and several further questions are addressed in this volume.
