Parmi les paradigmes principaux de modélisation se rencontre une approche initiée par le biologiste R. Thomas qui concerne les réseaux de régulations biologiques (RRB). Ici, nous en fixons des définitions formalles génériques, dont on extrait des cadres de modélisation. Après une première définition "semi-formelle" (chapitre 2) nous présentons la spécification de cadres génériques (chapitre 3) en se basant sur des graphes bipartis. Nous décrivons notre approche par : la description de la topologie (chapitre 4) ; les paramétrisations et les marquages (chapitre 5) ; une sémantique généralisée des dynamiques (chapitre 6). Au chapitre 7, nous explicitons une méthode pour formaliser la topologie booléenne d'un réseau sous la forme d'un système d'équations booléennes. C'est un aspect novateur de notre travail qui justifie l'utilisation de graphes bipartis pour la modélisation des RRB.
