Its goal is to contribute a constructive pneumatological proposal for moving beyond this impasse, based on the resources of the theology of Christoph Friedrich Blumhardt (1842-1919). The disagreement is over the question of unmediated experience of the Holy Spirit. Luther's rejection of 'enthusiastic' pneumatologies on the basis of a narrow concept of the mediation of the Word and a pessimistic anthropology became Protestant orthodoxy. In relation to classical Protestantism, the primary theological distinctive of charismatic theology is its strong affirmation of unmediated experience of the Spirit in Christian life and worship. The Pentecostal movement's rapid growth in the past century has brought this difference to the fore. Christoph Blumhardt's theology, which integrates pessimistic anthropology and unmediated experience, is well-suited to exploring the impasse between the two theological traditions.

I received two master's degrees, one in music education and the other one in piano performance. My whole life revolved around the piano. At age fifteen, I served as the Sunday worship service pianist at my local church in Taiwan. The year 1990 was my turning point back to God. I thanked God for the crisis that happened in my life. By his guiding and loving hand, he changed me from a lukewarm Christian to a disciple of Jesus Christ. I have lived in Norman, Oklahoma, for thirty three years as a piano teacher. I am a member of Southern Oklahoma Chinese Baptist Church and have served as choir director, Sunday school teacher, chair of the mission department, and Sunday worship service pianist. In 2004, God led me into Bible Study Fellowship International. Two years later, I was called by God to step out of my comfort zone and into the leadership circle by becoming a group leader where I still serve up to now. Through serving and walking with Jesus, I have experienced so many miracles from our Lord, just as Jesus promised abundant life for his believers. Philippians 3:13""14 (ESV) says, "I do not consider that I have made it my own, but this one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and straining forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus."

Struggling itself is a way of life for different people in different ways; it includes spiritual and physical, the combination of which creates a sense of self-respect – the foundation for human survival. The author found it obligatory to wake them up through the ways and means GOD has created for humans.
