Identifier les facteurs cliniques et paracliniques influençant la prescription initiale d'antibiothérapie devant une suspicion d'infection bactérienne. Matériel et méthode : Etude rétrospective observationnelle, monocentrique, incluant tous patients étant passés par le département d'accueil et traitement des urgences (DATU) et hospitalisés en post-urgence dans le service de Médecine Polyvalente, ayant bénéficié d'une prescription d'antibiotique au DATU sur une période de 6 mois. Les données recueillies étaient les caractéristiques générales des patients, les données au DATU puis les données en Médecine Polyvalente. Résultats : 150 patients ont été inclus. Parmi ces patients, 72% ont reçu une antibiothérapie jugée justifiée, mais une adaptation de l'antibiothérapie aux recommandations des sociétés savantes a été nécessaire dans 38% des cas.
