Elles représentent un tiers des effets secondaires dus aux médicaments. La première partie de ce travail consiste à regrouper les informations sur les allergies médicamenteuses et notamment aux antibiotiques : description des mécanismes de l'allergie, les manifestations cliniques le plus souvent rencontrées, les divers moyens de diagnostic utilisés et les démarches diagnostiques. L'hypersensibilité aux Bêtalactamines est la cause la plus fréquente des réactions médicamenteuses dans la population générale. Cela est en partie dû à leur forte consommation. Cependant, le diagnostic d'allergie médicamenteuse est très souvent porté à tort. Le bilan effectué par les allergologues est donc indispensable pour infirmer une allergie ou rechercher une alternative. Le test de réintroduction à un antibiotique est considéré comme étant la meilleure méthode pour exclure le diagnostic d'allergie ou pour apporter au patient une alternative antibiotique si besoin. La seconde partie correspond à l'étude. Celle-ci s'intéresse au devenir des patients, vus au CHU Bretonneau pour suspicion d'allergie à un ou plusieurs antibiotiques, après le(s) test(s) de réintroduction réalisés durant l'année 2014. L'objectif principal est de savoir si ces patients ont suivi les recommandations faites suite à ces tests de réintroduction et notamment si les patients ont consommé à nouveau les antibiotiques qui leur ont été recommandés après leur prise en charge dans l'Unité Transversale d'Allergologie de Tours. Il s'agit d'une étude observationnelle descriptive.
