Nous montrons tout d'abord le laser vectoriel présente des RS originales.En présence de modulation et de bruit optiques, nous isolons les RS d'inhibition et de rotation. Le régime rotationnel est privilégié par la suite car il est sensible aussi bien au bruit magnétique qu'optique, ou qu'à l'émission spontanée.Nous exploitons alors les entrées multiples de parités opposées dans le régime de rotation pour montrer d'abord que la parité d'une fonction dans l'équation de Langevin est cruciale pour la dynamique du système non linéaire. Nous étudions ensuite l'interactions entre deux bruits corrélés de natures optique et magnétique. Un régime critique d'interaction est trouvé dans lequel un état stable devient pratiquement sans bruit.mais, la réponse à tout signal s'écroule. Cependant, dans ce régime critique, si un "levier" indépendant brise la symétrie du système, le comportement du laser est alors régi par ce que nous appelons sa Réponse Stochastique Duale (RSD), qui montre trois propriétés originales : (i) sensibilité élevée pour des amplitudes faibles de signal, (ii)robustesse: un comportement non-résonant en fonction de l'amplitude de bruit et (iii) réponse large bande en fréquence du signal. On s'affranchit ainsi des limites associées à la RS. Le même régime est obtenu quand un seul bruit peut agir sur deux fonctions de parités opposées En utilisant une version modifiée de la bascule de Schmitt nous démontrons que la RSD peut également être mise en oeuvre en électronique. Curieusement, les RSD du laser et de la bascule de Schmitt peuvent être utilisées pour illustrer la dynamique du climat de la Terre, autre système non linéaire.

More recently, new perspectives appeared at the nanoscale, with organic polariton and surface plasmon lasers. After a brief reminder to laser physics, a first chapter exposes what makes organic solid-state organic lasers specific. The laser architectures used in organic lasers are then reviewed, with a state-of-the-art review of the performances of devices with regard to output power, threshold, lifetime, beam quality etc. A survey of the recent trends in the field is given, highlighting the latest developments with a special focus on the challenges remaining for achieving direct electrical pumping of organic semiconductor lasers. A last chapter covers the applications of organic solid-state lasers.
