Book excerpt: Dans cette thèse, nous avons étudié les effets de la pression sur propriétés de transport électrique I- des nanotubes de carbone double-parois (DWCNTs), et II- des matériaux supraconducteurs à base de fer. I- Les réseaux désordonnés de DWCNTs affichent, à basses températures, un comportement de la conductance G en loi de puissances, caractéristique du liquide de Fermi (LF). La pression décale l'apparition du régime linéaire au-delà de la température ambiante. Ceci s'explique par la rigidification sous pression des modes de torsion, responsables de la diffuion électronique et du régime linéaire. II- Nous avons étudié les supraconducteurs à base de fer. Notre étude sur La FeAsO1-xFx a été la première à corréler les variations structurales avec les propriétés supraconductrices sous pression. L'analyse a révéle des points communs avec des résultats établis pour les cuprates (compressibilité) et les supraconducteurs conventionnels. Nous avons montré dans SrFeAsF et CaFeAsF la coexistence entre une onde de densité de spin (SDW) et la supraconductivité. L'apparition de l'état supraconducteur à P ≥2GPa serait la conséquence d'un dopage aux trous, suite à un transfert de charge inter-couches dû à l'application de la pression. Ce dopage affecte donc moins le SDW que le dopage aux électrons. Ensuite, nous avons étudié le Sr4V2O6FeAs2. Son énorme bloc pérovskite joue un rôle très important, d'une part en préservant les valeurs idéales des angles tétraédriques jusqu'à ~10GPa, et d'autre par en s'opposant à toute transition structurale du type tétraédrique vers orthorhombique, empêchant le développement de la SDW et permettant au composé d'exhiber de la supraconductivité à la pression ambiante. Nous avons montré que la température critique TC est maximale lorsque les angles tétraédriques ont leurs valeurs idéales. Notre dernière étude a porté sur le FeSe. Par nos mesures de transport et structurales sous pression, nous avons découvert une nouvelle phase orthorohombique haute pression avecune TC~35K, la plus haure mesurée à ce jour dans ce système.
