L'utilisation d'un facteur d'épuisement D associé au facteur d'accélération E permet de comparer l'importance de la réaction dans le film à celle au sein du liquide. La deuxième partie concerne le traitement d'eaux résiduaires par l'ozone. Les expériences sont effectuées en colonne à bulles sur les acides maléique et fumarique. En confrontant les profils expérimentaux et ceux du modèle, les constantes de vitesse d'ozonation sont déterminées. Les profils de E et D permettent de connaître la fraction d'ozone qui réagit dans le film.
