Book excerpt: I like to say, my perception of America had become lost for decades because of the acts that I witness happened to myself, and what happened to others. One must be thinking for a country that point their finger so must at others would be holding themselves up to and higher standard for all to follow. Higher standards of what? Could it be higher standards of corruption for all to follow? Is America government the biggest corrupted system in our country, bigger than the criminal survivors, mental patients, and egotistic criminals?First, let me say that time heals all wounds, means, that things gone to take place and it's nothing we can do about it. As we learn new ways in to entering the future, we learn new ideas that help us change the ones we live with during those times, but that's not to say, everyone is in accord with change, which take more time from the new ways to come in. Our biggest problem in the world is, we have too many ego seekers who want recognition for the things is out of our control. Time has a way to make things happen, which some will not like, and create a reaction against something that will wipe them out. Our great leaders were in the transformation of change, which some had to die because of some refuse to adapt to the change, and things were created like, "wars, riots, assassinations, protests, and terrorist acts." As we move on to the future the old ways should become a thing of the past, which supposed to become out dated, and those who live off the past become angry because change will not allow life to be the same as the way they once know it. Why is it that we want credit for what time allowed to happen, "transformation?"We will have some who think that the others are living in the past, not realizing they are also there to, by allowing behaviors take place we know is wrong, blocking out what we don't want our minds to understand because each one is happy in their space. Not to say their space plays an important part of keeping our brutal past from leaven our future, which might line people to take sides against something they know nothing about, only what others telling them to do without investigating it. Which allow the people to be problemed to act out in a manner that will not be favorable for change. In this book, you will see that we have a high or large amount of people who hate themselves, in the way they were designed, and blame their parents, culture, country, struggle, looks, sex, position, and Creator for their dissatisfaction, not realizing how we as humans moved forward a modernize society by understanding where we been in life, but some will never understand what had just taking place for all to see the things one can do if learned how to like their skin and looks the way we were designed to be.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Now let's go back to the first court procedures that I and my codefendants had. I realize that the system put a strange group together, that some were more confused than I was. Something the system already knew. By looking at the people that were arrested with me, it made no sense to call all those agencies in to handle that group. Something that the regular metropolitan officers handle. They have the proper resources around the communities to take any low-level criminals down, "the neighborhood watch patrol, their own informers, the cameras all through the target areas, and the housing officials who get all their information from the people."It did not make any sense to me, unless the system was trying to entrap someone for things that they heard, but did not have any evidence to prove it. See, when a system relies on a group of people that are informers, who trying to work off a debt from going to jail, or an addict that get rewarded for any information they bring in. The majority, if not all of the time, they will get twisted information that's so tangled up worst than a puzzle because a lot of the pieces are not there, where the officials will have to add pieces in to make a case, which will be tampering with the evidence. Something that is common with the law enforcement system. Who created a system with the news media, that have their back, to help blow things up to take on a new content of what it is. Something I seen and had some experience about most of my life living, and being around the criminal world. The majority of the being created are petty crimes that do not need the attention of all agencies to come together. Because when the community came spot the criminal acts being portray, then it's not hard for the anybody else that have eyes, ears, and a brain to filter the information that coming through.I realize way before I was arrested that something was not right going on around me, but time allowed me to understand it was nothing that I could do. It feels like a person who being drafted into the service and did not want to go, but had no other choice, but to play alone, or go to jail. Like I stated in the first series of Equal Rights my Eye part two, of all the lies that were coming my way, trying to break me down, or all the tricks that were coming my way trying to trip me up, did not come unannounced. It was easy to see everything at was taking place, from a system we as a people put to much trust in, when it's so clear by looking at the confusion that be going on with them at war with each other, for the same things they do to our communities, but the only difference is we do not have the backing to fight back.

Book excerpt: A beautiful commemorative edition of Dr. Martin Luther King's essay "Letter from Birmingham Jail," part of Dr. King's archives published exclusively by HarperCollins. With an afterword by Reginald Dwayne Betts On April 16, 1923, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., responded to an open letter written and published by eight white clergyman admonishing the civil rights demonstrations happening in Birmingham, Alabama. Dr. King drafted his seminal response on scraps of paper smuggled into jail. King criticizes his detractors for caring more about order than justice, defends nonviolent protests, and argues for the moral responsibility to obey just laws while disobeying unjust ones. "Letter from Birmingham Jail" proclaims a message - confronting any injustice is an acceptable and righteous reason for civil disobedience. This beautifully designed edition presents Dr. King's speech in its entirety, paying tribute to this extraordinary leader and his immeasurable contribution, and inspiring a new generation of activists dedicated to carrying on the fight for justice and equality.

Book excerpt: #1 NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLER More than ONE MILLION copies sold A TODAY Show Read with Jenna Book Club Pick A New York Times Notable Book, and Chosen by Oprah Daily, Time, NPR, The Washington Post, Bill Gates and Barack Obama as a Best Book of the Year “Wise and wildly entertaining . . . permeated with light, wit, youth.” —The New York Times Book Review “A classic that we will read for years to come.” —Jenna Bush Hager, Read with Jenna book club “Fantastic. Set in 1954, Towles uses the story of two brothers to show that our personal journeys are never as linear or predictable as we might hope.” —Bill Gates “A real joyride . . . elegantly constructed and compulsively readable.” —NPR The bestselling author of A Gentleman in Moscow and Rules of Civility and master of absorbing, sophisticated fiction returns with a stylish and propulsive novel set in 1950s America In June, 1954, eighteen-year-old Emmett Watson is driven home to Nebraska by the warden of the juvenile work farm where he has just served fifteen months for involuntary manslaughter. His mother long gone, his father recently deceased, and the family farm foreclosed upon by the bank, Emmett's intention is to pick up his eight-year-old brother, Billy, and head to California where they can start their lives anew. But when the warden drives away, Emmett discovers that two friends from the work farm have hidden themselves in the trunk of the warden's car. Together, they have hatched an altogether different plan for Emmett's future, one that will take them all on a fateful journey in the opposite direction—to the City of New York. Spanning just ten days and told from multiple points of view, Towles's third novel will satisfy fans of his multi-layered literary styling while providing them an array of new and richly imagined settings, characters, and themes. “Once again, I was wowed by Towles’s writing—especially because The Lincoln Highway is so different from A Gentleman in Moscow in terms of setting, plot, and themes. Towles is not a one-trick pony. Like all the best storytellers, he has range. He takes inspiration from famous hero’s journeys, including The Iliad, The Odyssey, Hamlet, Huckleberry Finn, and Of Mice and Men. He seems to be saying that our personal journeys are never as linear or predictable as an interstate highway. But, he suggests, when something (or someone) tries to steer us off course, it is possible to take the wheel.” – Bill Gates

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Time Never Was Where the Human Race Were Not By: Heyward C. Sanders This book will help you focus more on life and the things that matter. This will help you see what society you are functioning in – fiction or nonfiction. Each community has both, but some are higher than the other. That’s because some have a higher profit rate than other communities because they’re being more brainwashed by the entertainment world. You will read things about history, religion, criminal law, business law, lifestyles, politics, and how all of it works together in trying to take control of our minds. See, our minds are easily exploited based on who is exploiting us. Some might say they have control over their minds, but how could that be when you live in a society that controls your every move? One might say they have an understanding of what is being done around them and they try to move with the flow that would be more beneficial for them. But that is still called control: which is a good thing because if everybody saw the things in front of them, it could be easier to change in a positive way. Heyward C. Sanders believes this book will help you have a better understanding of what we need to stay focus. Thanks, Peace and Blessing.
