Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The Knowing the Bible series is a resource designed to help Bible readers better understand and apply God’s Word. These 12-week study lead participants through books of the Bible and are made up of four basic components: (1) Reflection questions help readers engage the text at a deeper level; (2) “Gospel Glimpses” highlight the gospel of grace throughout the book; (3) “Whole-Bible Connections” show how any given passage connects to the Bible’s overarching story of redemption, culminating in Christ; and (4) “Theological Soundings” identify how historic orthodox doctrines are taught or reinforced throughout Scripture. With contributions from an array of influential pastors and church leaders, these gospel-centered studies will help Christians see and cherish the message of God’s grace on each and every page of the Bible. The books of Colossians and Philemon complement each other as two New Testament texts that gloriously display the gospel and its implications for how God’s people should live today. Written around the same time, both letters resonate with the apostle Paul’s overriding passion to magnify Jesus Christ as the supreme manifestation of God’s redemptive purposes.

Widely viewed as one of the finest pre-Reformation commentaries on the Pauline Epistles, this commentary, until the time of Erasmus, was attributed to Ambrose. The name Ambrosiaster ("Star of Ambrose") seems to hav been given to the anonymous author of the work by its Benedictine editors (1686- 1690).

Book excerpt: The Bible is simply a love letter compiled into sixty-six books and written over a period ofsixteen hundred years by more than forty authors living on three continents. Although theauthors came from different backgrounds, there is one message, one theme, one thread that runs throughout the entire Bible from the first book, Genesis, to the last book, Revelation. That message is God's redeeming love for mankind--a message that is as relevant for us today as it was two thousand years ago.Paul's Letters to the Churches (Romans, First Corinthians, Second Corinthians, Galatians, Ephesians, Philippians, Colossians, First Thessalonians, and Second Thessalonians) were written by Paul over a period of fourteen years to seven churches scattered throughout Asia Minor, Greece, and Rome. These churches were in different stages of maturity and all needed instruction from the great apostle. Though Paul did not found all of them, he was looked to for leadership as these churches moved through various seasons of growth and challenge. As we will see, these letters contain both doctrine and practical explanation. The apostle took the great truths of the life, death, resurrection, and return of Jesus Christ and explained and applied them for the members of these newly established centers of Christian worship and witness. Because of the different circumstances into which Paul sent these letters, each has its own flavor and emphasis. However, the Spirit of God and the purpose of the Scriptures make them as applicable today as they were nearly two thousand years ago when the apostle originally penned them.

In the biblical letter of 2 Timothy, the apostle Paul reflected on his passing life. It was but a vapor. He was a pilgrim, passing through this life and into the next. Moments 'til Midnight creatively peels back the curtain of Paul's final hours. Author Brent Crowe imaginatively retells the last twelve hours of Paul's life, from the perspective of the apostle himself. Along the way, readers will be encouraged to live with purpose, to redeem the time, and to embrace the awesome reality that they too are on a sacred journey. With no more letters to write, no more churches to plant, no more sermons to preach, and no more missionary journeys to embark upon, Paul awaited his death sentence. What were his final reflections on life? How did he view the race he had run? How should you view the race set before you?

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Modern research techniques have revealed a hidden scheme aimed at God's Holy Words... Modern Bibles have changed many verses because of the discovery of an "ancient" manuscript in a monastery on the Sinai Peninsula. The manuscript, called Sinaiticus, is claimed to be the earliest complete copy of the New Testament. Its discoverer, who was a world leading Bible scholar in his time, told the world Sinaiticus was from the 4th century and that it was the "oldest and best" Bible available. Publishers rushed to make new Bibles with many changes to match it. But not everyone agreed. When this famed 19th century Bible scholar, Constantine Von Tischendorf, claimed the ancient date, a well-known Greek calligrapher said, "No! I made that document!" But why did no one believe him? Maybe it's because pages of the manuscript were stored where no one could view them, archived in exclusive collections across several continents. Now, an international group has carefully photographed each page of Sinaiticus and is displaying it on the internet as high-quality digital images. For the first time, Bible scholars and students can see the entire manuscript together, as was never possible before. And what they are seeing with their own eyes is shocking. Some of the pages are white and look quite new, while others have been darkened to make them look very old. If they are all from the same "old" Bible, how can this be? Researcher David W. Daniels proves with easy-to-understand evidence that the Sinaiticus is not the oldest manuscript and certainly not the best, either. He is also convincing in showing it's not old after all and that the Greek calligrapher did make it, in the 19th century. The textual (and doctrinal) changes in modern Bibles are based upon a fake —a shadowy scheme worthy of Satan's hatred for the preserved words of God.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This book is the accumulation of years of study of my life and experiences, teaching, learning, study and learning. The BIBLE says study to show thyself approves to GOD (ELOHIYM). This book began because of what men have been (taught) preaching that JESUS died on a friday and rose from the grave early Sunday morning. According to Matthew 12:40 states For as Jonah was three days and three nights in the whale’s belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth. So, when preachers preach JESUS died on friday and rose early Sunday morning. I realize this to be INHERENTLY WRONG and grievously mistaken as TRUTH, and according to what is written in the word of YAH. It is my hope to those that will read this book, that it will open their eyes to the truth of YAH. What is truth? John 17:17 b says THY WORD IS TRUTH. PERIOD. We face so many challenges in interpreting THE WORD OF YAH, but it meaning is truth. THE RAUCH HA’QODESH has given it the correct meaning or will. Just ask. We need to just listen up to THE HOLY SPIRIT. Let THE HOLY SPIRIT walk you in all of HIS WAYS. Be led by the truth and not by men’s false or false preachers telling you a lie or a deception, but believe YAH. Merchants will sell us as lie as long as they get their green dollars. The easier bunny, good friday, santa claus, and christmas tree and all these lies. These white masters refused to admit the Hebrew slaves were coming to america that this was the real holocaust. Our forefathers were treated worst than animals. Stinking flesh chain up one to another not being able to freely move, not being able to bath, brush their teeth, dying on the slave ships and being thrown over board and feed to the sharks, not being able to wipe our booty from the dung and piss coming out of our bodies, women menstruating on themselves, diseases, having babies on those slave ships, chained to each other on this long and hot journey, force to eat, sometime using brute force to make us eat, raping our women and sometime the men. And once we came into the america we were sold, children separated from fathers and mothers, we were placed in holes, and hung up like an animal and beaten in an inch of our lives for not taking the slave master name he gave us. We were not allow to read and learn the language for it was against the law and if we were caught learning to read the penalty was severed. WE ARE THE TRUE NATION OF ISRAEL. As YAH told Avram your seeds shall be in strange lands for 400 years and I will Exodus them out of that strange land and I will punished that nation. The 400 years has ended and the exodus is near. The other sheep which are not of this fold will also be Exodus also. And Let The People Of YAH say Amein! At the end of this life we will all be judged by YAHUSHA. John 5:22 For THE FATHER judgeth no man, but hath committed ALL judgment unto the son.
