Como instrumento se diseñó un formato de entrevista, elaborado por la investigadora aplicada a una muestra de diez psicólogos que tienen bajo su responsabilidad actividades en el área de salud ocupacional, pertenecientes a diversas empresas públicas y privadas de la ciudad de Cali.
