Más allá del dilema deontológico, el dilema moral del abogado se caracteriza por requerir la realización de dos o más acciones que, debido al solapamiento de la moral profesional y la moral individual, entran en conflicto. Esta eventual relación de conflicto, enmarcada en el contexto de la objeción de conciencia particular, requiere de reglas para su aplicación que, en nuestro contexto normativo, han sido positividas en las profesiones sanitarias, pero no en la profesión de abogado. Cómo, cuándo y en qué casos sería oponible la objeción de conciencia del abogado es el objeto de estudio del presente trabajo.
