The title of "Divorce or Murder," is really indicative of what choices citizens are up against. To go through a divorce in this system is insane. Try arbitration at all costs and be fair. If that does not work, you might be better off doing something else that you can get away with, rather than go through the system. After all, you are, by law, permitted to defend your property, especially when it is willfully being stolen from you. It's tough, and you must be guided by the moral law, ie. the proposition of which is the greater evil. In the case of this book, the theft or the loss of your heirs inheritance. That sounds crazy, I know, but read the book and then decide.
