Interaktionen zwischen Menschen sind geleitet von subjektiven oder kollektivistischen Wertvorstellungen. Permanent bewerten Menschen Situationen, Verhaltensweisen oder Charakterzüge was konkludierend bedeutet, dass Moral und Ethik als omnipräsente gesellschaftliche Phänomene zu betrachten sind. Der Begriff Ethik stammt von dem griechischen Wort „ēthikós“ (das Sittliche) ab und bedeutet im Allgemeinen die „Lehre vom moralisch guten Handeln.“ Hierbei kann jedoch nicht von der einen Ethik gesprochen werden, da es viele Ethiken gibt, die teilweise konträr zueinander ausgerichtet sind. Von dieser alltäglichen Erscheinungsform ethischer Grundsätze sind Ethiken zu unterscheiden, welche in einem professionellen Rahmen thematisiert werden, um Handlungsmöglichkeiten zu reflektieren und legitimieren. So verweist beispielsweise Dollinger (2012: S. 987) darauf, dass jeder, der systematisch auf andere Menschen einwirkt, sich zwangsläufig mit ethischen Fragestellungen befassen müsse. Dieser Sachverhalt ist in der Sozialen Arbeit gegeben, da ihre Akteure entscheidend in die Lebenszusammenhänge von Individuen eingreifen, was eine fachliche Auseinandersetzung mit ethischen Fragestellungen unabdingbar macht.

In dieser Arbeit geht es zunächst um einen historischen Überblick der Ethik in der Sozialen Arbeit, um Ethik als Wissenschaft, den ethischen Prinzipien. Danach folgt die Übertragung des Themas auf die geschlechterbewusste Soziale Arbeit. nach einer Ausführung über die Veränderungen der Geschlechterverhältnisse in den letzten 40 Jahren und deren Auswirkungen auf Frauen und Männer, gebe ich einen Überblick über die Handlungsansätze und Methoden sowie die Ziele der geschlechtergerechten Sozialen Arbeit. Hierbei stellen sich mir folgende Fragen: Wird in Zeiten der theoretisch erlangten Gleichberechtigung von Frauen und Männern noch eine Frauenquote benötigt? Bedeutet Gender Mainstreaming nicht, dass nun die Frauen bevorzugt und die Männer benachteiligt werden? Ist es vertretbar reine Mädchenprojekte anzubieten und Jungen, zumindest in diesem Bezug, auszuschließen? Wir damit nicht gegen das ethische Prinzip der sozialen Gerechtigkeit verstoßen? Ist eine einseitige Bevorteilung legitim, wenn sich den bis dato unterpriviligierten Frauen und Mädchen durch diese überhaupt erst die Chance ergibt, in den Bereichen des öffentlichen Lebens durch Teilhabe und Mitbestimmung ihren Platz einzunehmen?

Book excerpt: In this volume the philosophy of perception and observation is discussed by leading philosophers with implications in the philosophy of mind, in epistemology, and in philosophy of science. In the last years the philosophy of perception underwent substantial changes and new views appeared: the intentionality of perception has been contested by relational theories of perception (direct realism), a richer view of perceptual content has emerged, new theories of intentionality have been defended against naturalistic theories of representation (e. g. phenomenal intentionality). These theoretical changes reflect also new insights coming from psychological theories of perception. These changes have substantial consequences for the epistemic role of perception and for its role in scientific observation. In the present volume, leading philosophers of perception discuss these new views and show their implications in the philosophy of mind, in epistemology and in philosophy of science.
