Asimismo se analiza el tema de la justiciabilidad de los derechos económicos, sociales, culturales y ambientales de los pueblos indígenas y tribales vinculados con la propiedad territorial en la jurisprudencia de la Corte Interamericana; para concluir con contrastantes reflexiones acerca de la implementación de proyectos de extracción, inversión o desarrollo que impactan en sus vidas.
