El nuestro no ha permanecido al margen de esta tendencia, pudiendo citarse en este sentido los informes Olivencia y Aldama, la Propuesta de Código de Sociedades mercantiles de la CGC, la Ley de medidas de reforma del sistema financiero, y la Ley de 17 de julio 2003 que modifica la LMV y la LSA con el fin de reforzar la transparencia de las sociedades anónimas, en la que se introducen los deberes concretos de los administradores y se reforma sus responsabilidad, dando entrada a la figura del administrador de hecho. La reciente Ley concursal también se ocupa de la responsabilidad de los administradores, estableciendo su responsabilidad por el déficit del concurso. Por ultimo, la Ley de 14 noviembre 2005, sobre la sociedad anónima europea domiciliada en España reforma profundamente el importantísimo Art. 262 de la LSA. Todo ello supone una profunda reforma de los deberes y la responsabilidad de los administradores, alguna de cuyas innovaciones aun no han sido analizadas por la doctrina, como la nueva redacción del Art. 262 de la LSA, que se estudia en profundidad en este libro.

Coral reef managers and government officials trying to save their valuable national resources have turned to research on coral reefs for help. The research presented in this publication merits a great deal of notice because the output is useful for decision support and training tools in integrated coastal zone management (ICZM). The work on cost-effectiveness analysis has developed integrated economic and ecological models, relying extensively on fuzzy logic procedures to model impacts and effects of interventions within the reef environment.
