What man has the ability to see his way out of the chaos that was established in a fallen state of consciousness? Man's disobedience has knocked all creation out of alignment with the thoughts of God leaving him without order and clarity concerning their own existence. This book is for those who cry out to be free from the greatest to the least of us, they cry out to be free from the coming destruction seen in our modern-day world; Even our own self-destruction because of a Lack of knowledge. There is real hope and this book is dedicated to you.

Book Synopsis The Purpose for Existence by : Dr. Henry F Saliu
Download or read book The Purpose for Existence written by Dr. Henry F Saliu and published by Christian Faith Publishing, Inc.. This book was released on 2021-08-04 with total page 116 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The Purpose for Existence seeks to make some exposition as well as reveal some identifiable untold reason behind God's creation. The purpose pieces in proper perspective the fundamental aspect of man that constitutes its "beingness." The ability to, however, respond swiftly and hence provide a timely stitch to this further damage to the mind, will and word of God, lies primarily especially among brethren, with the acquisition and possession of a definite knowledge of God. This book, a product of an articulated mind, has particularly examined the entire gamut of the reason behind God's creation of man as well as some other essential issues in the life of a true believer. All these are contained in the Purpose for Existence, plus seventeen other edifying messages of Henry Saliu. More importantly, great attempts were made at presenting materials as lucidly as possible for easy understanding.

Download or read book Miracle and Magic written by Andy Reimer and published by Bloomsbury Publishing. This book was released on 2002-12-01 with total page 298 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Miracle-workers and magicians are diffcult characters for contemporary readers of Greco-Roman narratives to comprehend and to distinguish. Hindered both by our modern definitions of "miracle" and "magic," we need to focus our attention on those ancient texts that deal with such characters and their differentiation. Two such texts, the Acts of the Apostles and Philostratus' Life of Apollonius, come from quite different religious backgrounds, but demonstrate remarkably similar subtle cultural scripts at play. A detailed investigation of the social interactions in these two narrative worlds brings these characters and their communities alive and reveals how legitimate miracle-workers were distinguished from illegitimate magicians by the Mediterranean population of the Greco-Roman world.
