A titre indicatif, les activités concernées par le champ d'application de la convention collective nationale du sport relèvent notamment des codes NAF : - 93. 11Z (gestion d'installations sportives), - 93. 12Z (activités de clubs de sports), - 93. 13Z (activités des centres de culture physique), - 93. 19Z (autres activités liées au sport), - 93. 29Z (autres activités récréatives et de loisirs nca), - 85. 51Z (enseignement de disciplines sportives et d'activités de loisirs). Lorsqu'un stage sportif est organisé sous la forme d'un centre de vacances par une structure dont l'activité principale et habituelle est l'organisation ou la gestion d'activités sportives, la convention collective applicable est celle du sport, même si l'activité salariée habituelle est inférieure à l'activité salariée générée par le centre de vacances. Toutefois, les centres de vacances et de loisirs relèvent, en général, de la convention collective de l'animation. Les bases de loisirs relèvent de la convention collective nationale du sport lorsque leur activité principale est l'organisation de stages sportifs. Dans le cas contraire, elles relèvent de la convention collective correspondant à l'activité principale de la base de loisirs, en principe celle de l'animation. Les structures de type MJC, maisons de quartier, maisons pour tous, amicales laïques, foyers ruraux, ne relèvent pas habituellement de la convention collective nationale du sport. Pour les autres entreprises à but non lucratif exerçant à la fois des activités relevant des champs de l'animation et du sport, la convention applicable est déterminée par le rapport entre le nombre d'heures salariées effectuées dans le cadre des activités réglementées par l'article L. 212-1 du code du sport et le nombre d'heures salariées effectuées au titre de l'encadrement des activités socioculturelles ne relevant pas de l'article précité.

This unique study of migrant domestic workers in the North uncovers some uncomfortable facts about the race and class aspects of domestic oppression. Based on original research, it looks at the racialisation of paid domestic labour in the North - a phenomenon which challenges feminsim and political theory at a fundamental level. The book opens with an exploration of the public/private divide and an overview of the debates on women and power. The book also looks at the role of the Other in managing dirt, death and pollution and the effects of the feminisation of the labour market - as middle class white women have greater presence in the public sphere, they are more likely to push responsibility for domestic work onto other women. For some, human rights stretch back to the dawn of Western civilization, the age of the American and French Revolutions, or the post–World War II moment when the Universal Declaration of Human Rights was framed. Revisiting these episodes in a dramatic tour of humanity’s moral history, The Last Utopia shows that it was in the decade after 1968 that human rights began to make sense to broad communities of people as the proper cause of justice. Across eastern and western Europe, as well as throughout the United States and Latin America, human rights crystallized in a few short years as social activism and political rhetoric moved it from the hallways of the United Nations to the global forefront. It was on the ruins of earlier political utopias, Moyn argues, that human rights achieved contemporary prominence.
