Book excerpt: Le changement brusque de configuration d'un réseau d'énergie lors de manœuvres de disjoncteur peut engendrer des surtensions importantes qui peuvent affecter l'ensemble du réseau et endommager les équipements connectés. Les phénomènes physiques mis enjeu sont liés aux propagations d'ondes lors de l'amorçage électrique des contacts du disjoncteur. Une technique efficace pour réduire ces surtensions est la synchronisation de manœuvre sur des minimums ou des zéros de tensions aux bornes du disjoncteur. La difficulté de cette tâche dépend de la configuration et du mode d'exploitation du réseau. Dans un premier temps un modèle simplifié a été adopté pour l'analyse des phénomènes physiques liés à l'application de manœuvres. Pour évaluer le degré de faisabilité de cette technique des simulations ont été effectuées sur un modèle plus complexe (utilisant le simulateur EMTP/ATP). La détermination des cas de manœuvres les plus contraignants a permis de définir les contraintes requises pour chacun des composants du système de manœuvre contrôlée (disjoncteur, contrôleur, capteurs). Dans la partie II, trois approches ont été proposées pour l'estimation de la fréquence des tensions de ligne requise pour la prédiction des instants opportuns de re-fermeture: une approche paramétrique basée sur le modèle de Prony bien adaptée aux formes sinusoïdales amorties des tensions analysées, une approche non paramétrique basée sur la transformée en ondelettes moins sensible au bruit, une approche adaptative basée sur le filtrage de Kalman permettant l'estimation conjointe du signal et de la fréquence. La partie III, est enfin consacrée au développement de l'algorithme global de manœuvre contrôlée. Des tests de validation ont été effectués sur des signaux simulés, pour différentes configurations et conditions de manœuvres. Les résultats obtenus ont été évalués en termes de précision d'estimation des tensions et de niveaux de surtensions sur la ligne.
