Book excerpt: Pour améliorer leur niveau de compétitivité, les entreprises doivent en permanence rationaliser leur outil de production, notamment en optimisant la répartition des ressources utilisées. Pour ce faire, et vu la complexité croissante des processus industriels, les décideurs ont besoin de moyens méthodologiques adaptés. Ces problèmes de décision multidimensionnels, qui impliquent une connaissance simultanée et globale du processus et du produit, font l'objet de cette démarche originale. En guise d'étude de cas, nous nous intéressons à l'optimisation de la logistique de conservation des pièces de rechange de l'entreprise Electricité De France. Apres avoir identifié la problématique et son environnement, une approche systémique et fonctionnelle permet de déterminer les attributs (ou fonctionnalités) du système de conservation idéal. Parallèlement aux investigations (enquêtes par sondage) menées sur les différentes ressources du processus (pièces, technologies, magasins, etc.), un état de l'art de l'activité centrale (la conservation) est constitué avec le benchmarking technologique. Pour structurer l'ensemble des données, une modélisation fonctionnelle cohérente du problème, associant le processus, le produit et la fonction objectif à piloter, est proposée. De même, les algorithmes d'optimisation globale recenses (recherche aléatoires, recuit simule, recherche tabou, algorithmes génétiques, méthodes évolutionnistes) sont implémentés dans le logiciel visual microcost. A l'issue de l'expérimentation, des affectations optimales des ressources sont évaluées selon le triptyque qualité-coût-délais.

Nous proposons donc une méthodologie de travail ainsi qu’un outil simple d’utilisation pour la modélisation de leurs processus. Les travaux presentés dans ce manuscrit décrivent comment un utilisateur peut simplement ajouter son point de vue dans un processus collaboratif, comment il peut rapidement retrouver des informations et comment les exploiter. Dans notre travail, nous nous sommes intéressés à plusieurs aspects liés à l'approche multimodèle tout en apportant des éléments de réponses à des questions encore non résolues. Nous avons aussi tenu à effectuer plusieurs applications afin de confirmer les différentes approches proposées. Par des essais pratiques sur plusieurs exemples de simulation nous avons montre l'intérêt de la commande multimodèle et en particulier en considérant les cas de la fusion et de la commutation des commandes. Nous avons aussi prouvé la supériorité d'un modèle de commande du type PI dans certaines situations pratiques et particulier au voisinage de la consigne.
