Elle occupe désormais une place importante au sein des traitements de réhabilitation orale. La chirurgie numérique guidée est actuellement la technologie la plus poussée dans ce domaine ; elle allie radiographies tridimensionnelles numérisées avec des logiciels de planification implantaire, qui permettent de choisir précisément la position des implants, et de les mettre en place tels quels à l'aide du guide chirurgical directif. A travers une étude expérimentale sur dix pièces anatomiques, nous avons évalué la précision de la chirurgie numérique guidée, en utilisant le logiciel TEKNIKA 3D®. Le protocole suivi passe par une sélection et une préparation spécifique des pièces anatomiques, un premier scanner (CBCT) afin de réaliser la planification implantaire, puis la phase chirurgicale de pose des implants, et enfin un second scanner pour visualiser ces derniers. C'est à partir de la superposition de la planification et du CBCT post-opératoire qu'ont été effectuées les mesures et les statistiques qui nous ont permis de tirer les conclusions de l'étude.

Book excerpt: L'implantologie intra-orale est une discipline qui consiste à positionner de manière raisonnée des implants dans l'os maxillaire ou mandibulaire. Un positionnement tridimensionnel correct de l'implant associé à des volumes osseux et gingivaux suffisants est impératif. Grâce au flux de travail numérique continu, il est dorénavant possible de planifier à l'aide de logiciels l'ensemble des étapes du traitement implantaire jusqu'à la conception et la fabrication de guides chirurgicaux assistées par ordinateur. Il existe plusieurs méthodes de fabrication pour réaliser ces guides, notamment l'impression 3D. L'objectif de ce travail est d'évaluer l'apport de l'impression 3D dans la fabrication et la précision des guides chirurgicaux. Après une présentation de l'évolution des concepts de chirurgie guidée et les différentes technologies d'impression 3D, une analyse de la littérature a été effectuée, nous avons sélectionné 13 articles à l'aide de mots-clés ou associations de mots-clés dans la base de donnée The National Library of Medicine (MEDLINE, PUBMED). Pour illustrer nos propos, un cas clinique sera également présenté. La pérennité de la prothèse supra-implantaire découle en majeure partie du positionnement de l'implant dans le tissu osseux, qualité par conséquent dépendante de l'expérience du praticien. La planification implantaire a pour objectif « d'assembler » différentes données : les données radiographiques et les données « cliniques » matérialisées par les modèles d'étude. L'association de ces données permet de réaliser une pose d'implant virtuelle qui servira de base à la conception de guides chirurgicaux. La réalisation par un prothésiste dentaire de guides chirurgicaux issus d'un wax up diagnostique a permis de limiter les erreurs de positionnement des implants. Cependant, la planification implantaire numérique ou chirurgie « virtuelle » permet de d'augmenter la précision, de diminuer le temps opératoire de l'intervention et d'aboutir à une chirurgie moins invasive. Cette dernière méthode simple et rapide d'utilisation permet de systématiser la planification implantaire numérique, de l'édentement unitaire à l'édenté total.

Witnessing a convergence between information warfare and the use of “fake news”, info-destabilization, cognitive warfare and cyberwar, this book brings a unique perspective on modern cyberwarfare campaigns, escalation and de-escalation of cyber-conflicts. As organizations are more and more dependent on information for the continuity and stability of their operations, they also become more vulnerable to cyber-destabilization, either genuine, or deliberate for the purpose of gaining geopolitical advantage, waging wars, conducting intellectual theft and a wide range of crimes. Subsequently, the regulation of cyberspace has grown into an international effort where public, private and sovereign interests often collide. By analyzing the particular case of France national strategy and capabilities, the authors investigate the difficulty of obtaining a global agreement on the regulation of cyber-warfare. A review of the motives for disagreement between parties suggests that the current regulation framework is not adapted to the current technological change in the cybersecurity domain. This book suggests a paradigm shift in handling and anchoring cyber-regulation into a new realm of behavioral and cognitive sciences, and their application to machine learning and cyber-defense.
