Book excerpt: Resumen: En el marco de trabajo de grado de la licenciatura en Etnoeducación y Desarrollo Comunitario, se plantea en la institución educativa Diego Maya Salazar, ubicada en el barrio Samaria en la ciudad de Pereira, se llevó a cabo el proyecto transversal titulado proyectando paz mi transformación personal, y mejorando las relaciones interpersonales, el cual pretendía abordar las problemáticas referentes a convivencia, conflicto y deserción escolar, este se implementó a través del ambiente de aprendizaje CCRP (ciudadanías para la convivencia la reconciliación y la paz), que en la institución educativa comprende las asignaturas de ética, ciencias sociales y educación religiosa, realizando en una secuencia didáctica actividades enfocadas a reforzar el valor del respeto, la tolerancia y manejo de emociones con el objetivo de que los estudiantes aprendieran a interactuar, a convivir y a respetar al otro, logrando mejorar las agresiones físicas, verbales, la discriminación étnica y social. En el ejercicio de intervención en el aula con una muestra de 38 estudiantes de básica primaria se encontró que entre las causas más frecuentes de conflicto en la interacción de los estudiantes, se encuentra que en un alto porcentaje se pudo desarrollar lo planteado para las secciones con una respuesta positiva evidenciándose un aprendizaje significativo que permitió entre ellos interactuar de manera respetuosa, a través del trabajo en equipo y el reconocimiento por el otro, poniendo en práctica el vivir en paz y armonía con otros. Además, con el desarrollo del proyecto se aportó al avance en los objetivos planteados institucionalmente en los diferentes ambientes de aprendizaje que pretenden la formación integral y de calidad, para que lleguen a ser estudiantes consientes, creativos, compasivos, comprometidos, coherentes y competentes y así aportar a la transformación social alcanzando una vida en plenitud.
