[...] They are the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), for national banks; the Federal Reserve System (Fed), for state banks belonging to it and holding companies owning banks; the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), for state banks not belonging to the Federal Reserve; and the Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS), for savings associations.
