When we receive your bids, we act as your agent, and buy the lots for you as much under your bids as the next highest bid will permit. Bid by number of lot, and at SO much per piece, unless the lot is described as a set, in which event, bid for the set. Lots are sold as catalogued, and no lot is broken under any circum stances. If there are ten pieces in the lot, and you want to offer for the lot, make your bid 10 cents per piece. Do not bid less than bullion value of silver and gold coins. A silver coin is always worth its bullion value, and considerable over this as a rule, and gold coins are worth dollar for dollar. All coins are guaranteed genuine in this sale. The terms of auction sales are strictly cash. Parties unknown to us must send a deposit covering at least 25% of their bids, or send satisfactory references, otherwise we cannot accept their bids, as we cannot be expected to ship coins to parties whose good standing is unknown to us.
