Die Kernthematik der dritten Arbeit ist es, ein Grundverständnis über das Change Management und dessen Bedeutung sowie ein Umsetzungsansatz in der heutigen Wirtschaft zu erarbeiten. Aufbauend auf der Definition des Begriffs „Change“, im wirtschaftlichen Kontext, werden wichtige Aspekte erläutert, welche das Change Management im Kern charakterisieren. Ausgehend von der Begriffsbedeutung des Change Management und der Bedeutung des Wandels im wirtschaftlichen Kontext werden mögliche Faktoren erarbeitet, welche die Notwendigkeit zum Wandel eines Unternehmens auslösen. Ziel der letzten Arbeit ist es, ein mittleres Verständnis zum Konzept des Change-Managements zu überliefern, denn nur anhand dessen können neue Prozesse realisierbar werden. Homeoffice genauer beleuchtet, um auch hier ein allgemeines Verständnis des Konzeptes in der heutigen Gesellschaft zu erkennen. Letztendlich soll die Arbeit analysieren, wie Change-Management das Konzept von Homeoffice für die Mitarbeiter verwirklichen kann und welche Schwierigkeiten dahinterstecken. Obwohl Homeoffice und Change-Management keine neuen Prozesse sind, ist die Umsetzung beider in der Gesellschaft schwierig.
