A dove of peace bearing an olive branch and Masonic Eye of Providence appear in the top center, Australian and United States coats of arms in the top left, and the Cape Colony and possibly New Zealand, on the right. Angels appear on either side below small banners that read "peace on earth" and "goodwill toward men". Figures representing industry, art, learning, agriculture, architecture, etc., appear in the bottom left and right hand corners, with the sails of a ship on the left and a steam locomotive on the right.
