This book was released on 1995 with total page 233 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: LES CAPTEURS INTELLIGENTS CONSTITUENT SANS NUL DOUTE UNE ETAPE IMPORTANTE DANS L'EVOLUTION DE L'INSTRUMENTATION INDUSTRIELLE. LEUR UTILISATION EN MILIEU INDUSTRIEL EST REELLE, BIEN QUE LIMITEE PAR L'INEXISTENCE D'UNE NORMALISATION OU DE GUIDES DE CONCEPTION DE CAPTEURS INTELLIGENTS. S'INSCRIVANT DANS LA MOUVANCE DES TRAVAUX DU GROUPE CIAME (COMITE INTERPROFESSIONNEL POUR L'AUTOMATISATION ET LA MESURE) ET LES REFLEXIONS DU GROUPE DE TRAVAIL CRAN-AMI (ACTIONNEMENTS ET MESURES INTELLIGENTS) RELATIFS AUX CAPTEURS INTELLIGENTS, CETTE ETUDE TENTE UNE MODELISATION DU CONCEPT DE CAPTEUR INTELLIGENT, DANS UN OBJECTIF D'ETABLISSEMENT D'UN MODELE DE REFERENCE. LA DEMARCHE DE MODELISATION ADOPTEE REPOSE SUR L'ETABLISSEMENT DE CONSTRUCTIONS GENERIQUES AU SENS CIM-OSA ET APPLIQUEES AUX CAPTEURS INTELLIGENTS. UNE APPROCHE FONCTIONNELLE DE MODELISATION EST ADOPTEE, SUIVANT LA METHODE SADT/IDEFO, RESTREINTE A LA VUE FONCTIONNELLE, PERMETTANT DE CONSTRUIRE LA STRUCTURE FONCTIONNELLE DU CAPTEUR INTELLIGENT. L'OUTIL GRILLE EST ENSUITE UTILISE POUR EXPLICITER L'ENSEMBLE DES FLUX D'INFORMATIONS AU SEIN DE CETTE STRUCTURE FONCTIONNELLE. FINALEMENT, LA VALIDATION DYNAMIQUE DE LA STRUCTURE FONCTIONNELLE DU CAPTEUR INTELLIGENT EST REALISEE PAR LA CONSTRUCTION D'UNE SPECIFICATION EXECUTABLE DANS L'ENVIRONNEMENT SPEX. LES CONCEPTS DE MODELISATION SONT APPLIQUES A LA MODELISATION D'UN CAPTEUR INTELLIGENT DE TEMPERATURE, INSPIREE PAR LE DEVELOPPEMENT D'UN PROTOTYPE DE TRANSMETTEUR INTELLIGENT DE TEMPERATURE DANS LE CADRE D'UN TRANSFERT DE TECHNOLOGIE

Download or read book Capteur intelligent de mesure de l'humidité par micro-ondes en contrôle continu de procédés industriels written by Germain Mallick and published by . This book was released on 1993 with total page 116 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle.

Book Synopsis Cambridge Handbook of Engineering Education Research by : Aditya Johri
Download or read book Cambridge Handbook of Engineering Education Research written by Aditya Johri and published by Cambridge University Press. This book was released on 2014-02-10 with total page 1124 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The Cambridge Handbook of Engineering Education Research is the critical reference source for the growing field of engineering education research, featuring the work of world luminaries writing to define and inform this emerging field. The Handbook draws extensively on contemporary research in the learning sciences, examining how technology affects learners and learning environments, and the role of social context in learning. Since a landmark issue of the Journal of Engineering Education (2005), in which senior scholars argued for a stronger theoretical and empirically driven agenda, engineering education has quickly emerged as a research-driven field increasing in both theoretical and empirical work drawing on many social science disciplines, disciplinary engineering knowledge, and computing. The Handbook is based on the research agenda from a series of interdisciplinary colloquia funded by the US National Science Foundation and published in the Journal of Engineering Education in October 2006.

It presents the various fields of engineering around the world and is intended to identify issues and challenges facing engineering, promote better understanding of engineering and its role, and highlight ways of making engineering more attractive to young people, especially women.--Publisher's description.
Book Synopsis Water & Heritage by : Willem Willems
Download or read book Water & Heritage written by Willem Willems and published by . This book was released on 2017-01-15 with total page 434 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Water is vital for life, and its availability has been a concern for mankind throughout the ages. Its presence has always been ascertained in a variety of ways and the development of human society everywhere is connected with various forms of water management. Man also needed to manage water to find protection from its dangers and the need for that is increasing. In the coming decades, the impact of climate change is expected to intensify floods and droughts, affect groundwater resources, raise sea levels, increase pollution and enhance the frequency and magnitude of disasters. Societies around the world are challenged to adapt to these threats to ensure water security, economic prosperity and environmental and cultural sustainability. This book deals with the heritage of water management and the use that was made of water, as well as the impact of water management on heritage. An example of the former may be an ancient irrigation system in the Filipines or in the Middle East that still functions today, while the latter may reflect the importance of maintaining groundwater levels for the preservation of organic remains on archaeological sites or of wooden piles underneath standing buildings. In either case the papers in this book reflect the dynamic nature of water, and hence the equally dynamic relation between water management and heritage. This publication follows up on a Heritage and Water conference in Amsterdam, the first of its kind. Its main purpose is to credibly present the importance and value of heritage and historical experience for water and sustainable development, and vice versa, present the importance of water management for the protection of heritage. It presents evolving insights and concepts about Water and about Heritage from a variety of disciplines, policy and public perspectives illustrated with cases studies and aims to connect decision makers with experts such as engineers, archaeologists, historians, geographers, ecologist and landscape architects
