In this study, we are going to discuss woman presence in the corporate boards and how they perceive boardroom dynamics through an online questionnaire, send to 66 companies using social media networks such as LinkedIn to get the results of our survey. Based on participant's results, we can conclude that woman are still considered as minorities in the boardroom despite their abilities, knowledge and performance so they still face problems regarding the procedural and distributive justice as well as the task and relationship conflicts in the workplace.
