Book excerpt: Excerpt from Biennial Report of the Superintendent of Public Instruction of North Carolina for the Scholastic Years 1912-1913 and 1913-1914 Eleven and one-half days have been added to the average annual school term of White schools of the State, and days to the average annual school term of the colored schools of the State, days to the white rural school term and days to colored rural school term.
