Book excerpt: El presente trabajo final de máster trata sobre la adecuación del sistema de prevención de una empresa de ámbito nacional; para ello he realizado una auditoria previa e interna de dicho sistema de prevención. Mediante la auditoría analizo el cumplimiento de la legislación vigente en materia preventiva según los criterios del Instituto Nacional de Seguridad e Higiene en el Trabajo (en adelante INSHT) y el cumplimiento de la OHSAS según los requisitos de la OHSAS 18001:2007. Debido a los cambios producidos recientemente en la propiedad de la empresa y, en consecuencia, en la dirección general; en el último año se han realizado numerosas modificaciones cuyas consecuencias en materia preventiva no han sido analizadas. Actualmente, tras los cambios realizados, la empresa busca cumplir con la legislación vigente en materia preventiva e intentar llegar a la excelencia preventiva, asegurando la continuidad de la correcta gestión de la prevención mediante la certificación en OHSAS 18001:2007. Por tanto, mediante este TFM pretendo analizar los puntos fuertes y los puntos débiles del actual sistema de prevención. Así, la empresa podrá determinar los cambios que debe realizar para superar la auditoria reglamentaria de prevención y que aspectos debe mejorar para obtener la certificación en el estándar OHSAS 18001:2007. La empresa realizó la última auditoría reglamentaria en 2013, antes de que se produjeran los cambios generales. Por tanto, realizo ésta auditoría previa según criterios del INSHT con la finalidad de analizar las posibles deficiencias provocadas por dichos cambios y proponer las acciones correctoras necesarias para el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente en materia de prevención; previamente a la realización de la próxima auditoría reglamentaria. Y, por otro lado, analizo el nivel de cumplimiento del estándar OHSAS, proponiendo las mejoras necesarias para alcanzarlo, en caso necesario, con el fin de realizar una futura auditoría de certificación obteniendo así un mayor nivel de seguridad. Por tanto, la empresa deberá adoptar las medidas correctoras con el fin de poner solución a los puntos débiles detectados, en su caso, que hagan referencia a la auditoría interna de prevención según los criterios del INSHT. Es decir, al cumplimiento de la normativa legal vigente debido a que éstos son de cumplimiento obligatorio. Y, estudiar o valorar las posibles vías de mejora y/o acciones correctoras que debe implantar para mejorar los puntos débiles relacionados con la auditoría previa según OHSAS 18001:2007, con el fin de obtener el certificado correspondiente.
