Speziell möchte ich dabei auf Attachment Parenting eingehen, welches in vielen aktuellen Erziehungsbüchern, -foren und Podcasts empfohlen wird. Als professionelle Sozialarbeiterin ist diese Frage von Relevanz, da zum einen junge, noch unerfahrene Eltern und zum anderen auch eingespielte Familien eine wichtige Gruppe von Adressat*innen bilden. Um Eltern gut beraten zu können, um ihre Alltagsfragen beantworten oder zu einem Perspektivwechsel in der Alltagsgestaltung beitragen zu können, ist es aus professioneller Sicht notwendig, sich mit diesem Thema auseinanderzusetzen. “Gipfelstürmer brauchen ein Basislager”. Dieses Zitat stammt von John Bowlby, dem Gründungsvater der Bindungstheorie. Er untersuchte das Bindungsverhalten von Kindern und ging davon aus, dass das Bindungsbedürfnis ein biologisches, angeborenes Grundbedürfnis aller Menschen ist. Mary Ainsworth beschrieb das Konzept der mütterlichen Feinfühligkeit, da sie beobachtete, dass Kinder von Müttern, die feinfühlig auf die Bedürfnisse ihrer Kinder eingingen, eine größere Bindungssicherheit zeigten und deutlich weniger schrien. Zusammen mit ihren Kolleg*innen entwickelte Ainsworth 1969 die sogenannte “Fremde Situation”, ein Setting zur Erforschung kindlicher Bindungsmuster. Zunächst wurden drei organisierte Bindungsstrategien festgestellt: den sicher gebundenen, den unsicher-vermeidenden und den unsicher-ambivalenten Bindungstyp. Zusätzlich wurde etwas später der unsicher-desorganisierte Typ klassifiziert. Kinder mit diesem Bindungsverhalten zeigen keine Strategie. Eine gute Bindungsfähigkeit im Säuglings- und Kleinkindalter ist die Basis für die gesunde Persönlichkeitsentwicklung von Kindern, wobei Eltern dafür sorgen, dass das Basislager für den Gipfelsturm ihrer Kinder ein sicheres ist. Gerade die frühen dyadischen und triadischen Beziehungen gelten als die einflussreichsten im Leben. Sie wirken sich unmittelbar auf die Gesundheit und Entwicklung von Kindern aus. Ist die frühkindliche Bindung sicher, verhilft sie zu höherem Selbstvertrauen, effektiver Selbstregulation sowie besserer Affekt- und Impulskontrolle.

The book deals with a topic outside the scope of other disciplines concerned with prehistory, such as archaeology and genetics, drawing its conclusions from the linguistic evidence alone, relying on language typology and areal probability. The data for reconstruction comes from Germanic syntax, phonology, etymology, religious loan names, and the writing system, more precisely from word order, syntactic constructions, word formation, irregularities in phonological form, lexical peculiarities, and the structure and rules of the Germanic runic alphabet. It is demonstrated that common descent is neither a necessary nor a sufficient condition for reconstruction. Instead, lexical and structural parallels between Germanic and Semitic languages are explored and interpreted in the framework of modern language contact theory.
