More than following my plan to the letter, I hope it invigorates readers (through some success) to inquire what else could work for them, and to pursue that. I don't proclaim to know anything (or even very much), but I hope this book offers readers an opportunity to get interested in their own health and to become experts of their own bodies. I wish everyone who reads this the best of luck on their own fitness journey, and I hope if anything, I can just help along the way.
