Les normes ISO version 2000 contribuent aujourd'hui à la mise en place d'un management par la qualité des services de stérilisation. Au CHR d'Orléans, la stérilisation s'est engagée dans une démarche de qualité depuis 1989. Dix ans plus tard, la dynamique qualité est relancée avec comme projet, la mise en conformité du système qualité selon la norme ISO 9001:2000. En 2001, une nouvelle priorité apparait : développer et maitriser les relations de partenariat par la mise en place de contrats écrits. L'objectif est de formaliser les engagement des deux parties. Tour à tour client et fournisseur, la stérilisation se doit de gérer ses interfaces, sources de dysfonctionnement. La communication inter-services s'établit peu à peu, les échanges se développent, mais rien n'est acquis. La dynamique doit se poursuivre. Ce n'est que par une maitrise complète du processus que la stérilisation pourra répondre à la demande de plus en plus forte de sous-traitance émanant d'autres établissements.

Nous avons effectué une analyse personnelle détaillée des données communiquées.Sur les 292 items applicables évalués,181(62,7%) ont été cotés conformes, 29 (9,9%) partiellement conformes et 83 (27,7 %) non conformes.Nous avons pu mettre en évidence les lacunes du système qualité en particulier de la gestion documentaireet un manque de moyens en équipements à l'étape de lavage.Suite ces constatations, nous avons élaboré un plan d'actions qui sera le soclede la démarche d'amélioration continue ainsi initiée.

Specifically, the CCA was tasked with examining three particularly complex types of requests for MAID that were identified for further review and study in the legislation passed by Parliament in 2016: requests by mature minors, advance requests, and requests where a mental disorder is the sole underlying medical condition. On December 12, 2018 the CCA released the three final reports of the Expert Panel, one on each type of request: The State of Knowledge on Medical Assistance in Dying for Mature Minors; The State of Knowledge on Advance Requests for Medical Assistance in Dying; and The State of Knowledge on Medical Assistance in Dying Where a Mental Disorder is the Sole Underlying Medical Condition.
