Download or read book Anreizsysteme als Teil der wertorientierten Unternehmensführung - Ein kurzer Überblick written by Florian Ogrzewalla and published by GRIN Verlag. This book was released on 2007 with total page 29 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle.

This book was released on 2009 with total page 105 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Desweiteren bleiben steuerliche Auswirkungen
Book Synopsis Wertorientierte Anreizgestaltung by : Andreas Wurzer
Download or read book Wertorientierte Anreizgestaltung written by Andreas Wurzer and published by GRIN Verlag. This book was released on 2010-01-16 with total page 44 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Monetary incentives, as a driving force for human behavior, are the main theme of this book. The primary goals underlying the application of monetary incentive systems in companies are motivating employees to strive for superior productivity in line with the interests of employers, and hiring adequately skilled employees. The first goal refers to incentive effects, the latter to sorting effects. This book introduces important theories and concepts concerning behavior under influence of monetary incentives; it reviews existing economic frameworks and identifies specific contingency variables. Based on an integrative framework of elements influencing incentive and sorting effects, a laboratory experiment is presented including detailed methodological discussion on experimentation and data analysis as well as an extensive presentation of findings and discussion of implications.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle.
Book Synopsis Changeonomics by : Arndt Brandenberg
Download or read book Changeonomics written by Arndt Brandenberg and published by BoD – Books on Demand. This book was released on 2022-11-22 with total page 420 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Culture is the key for lasting success! As Peter Drucker already knew "Culture eats strategy for breakfast"! We can have the best vision, the best strategy or the best processes the world has ever imagined - as long as our culture does not support that, our activities will lead nowhere. This is a nice explanation for why approximately 70% of big corporate transformations fail to produce the intended results. The necessity of sustainably improving the corporate culture becomes also evident in diverse empirical studies: According to, e.g., Gallup, the culture in most (western) organizations is far from being open, empowering, honest and motivating. As a result, in fact, the average employee spends his time at work being rather demotivated and disengaged. What a waste of precious lifetime and resources! As a result, working on and improving the corporate culture should be at the very heart of every corporate transformation! But how to do so? Change can be fun! People CAN enjoy change! Certain elements can make the change a success! Be inspired by our practice and evidence-based thinking of how change works - to make it work for you! The LxAxR=I formula depicts the ocean of change in a simple and comprehensible way: To generate desired Impact you need to get the Leadership, Approach and Resources right - at the same time. This approach is very different from any other change approach we know and builds on more than 100 transformations which we have been running. And it works! Follow us on exploring the formula and make it work for you!

Book Synopsis Design, Development and Implementation of an Incentive System for Local Employees in Subsidiaries of Western Companies in China by : Sebastian Haupt
Download or read book Design, Development and Implementation of an Incentive System for Local Employees in Subsidiaries of Western Companies in China written by Sebastian Haupt and published by diplom.de. This book was released on 2011-02-15 with total page 119 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Inhaltsangabe:Introduction: 1.1, The challenge of attracting, motivating and retaining Chinese employees: In the last decade, as a result of the advancing globalization, the People s Republic of China (PRC) has become a focus of interest for Western companies. The country is home of 25 % of the world s population and has maintained an economic growth rate of 8 % during the last twenty five years. How can companies position themselves best to profit from this fast-growing economy and prevail against an increasing competition? Along with a massive inflow of foreign investment, Western management practices and philosophies have been brought into China. Thus, every day, foreign managers in subsidiaries of Western companies have to confront decisions about money, benefits and other different forms of incentives that can be used for attracting, motivating and retaining the local Chinese employees to ensure the competitive advantages. The introduction of Western incentive systems in China can be problematic as some Western incentive practices may contradict the norms of Chinese culture and the socialist ideology. Unsurprising that issues of human resource management, particularly in the attraction of employees, the performance motivation and the staff retention, are seen as the main difficulties in the Chinese operations of Western companies. Consequently, the question arises if customary incentive practices that have been proved useful back home can be transplanted to the Chinese subsidiaries of Western companies and if so, how? It is common knowledge that the compensation packages offered by companies to their employees have a great influence on the profitability. The better the foreign managers are able to align decisions about motivational incentives with the challenges presented by the values and the motives of the employees, the likelier it is for the organization to achieve competitive advantages. Thus, especially in the international context the major limitation of contemporary pay systems is the degree to which individual attitudes and preferences are ignored. . 1.2, Conceptual design of Incentive systems for Chinese employees: Objectives and methodology of the thesis: The aim of this thesis results directly from the mentioned problem. On the basis of a literature review that is combined with an analysis of applied incentive systems, it sets out to explore why Western approaches may or may not be applicable in the Chinese context and how [...]

Book Synopsis Game Theory in Management Accounting by : David Mueller
Download or read book Game Theory in Management Accounting written by David Mueller and published by Springer. This book was released on 2017-09-21 with total page 453 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This book demonstrates what kind of problems, originating in a management accounting setting, may be solved with game theoretic models. Game theory has experienced growing interest and numerous applications in the field of management accounting. The main focus traditionally has been on the field of non-cooperative behaviour, but the area of cooperative game theory has developed rapidly and has received increasing attention. Intensive research, in combination with the changing culture of publishing, has produced a nearly unmanageable number of publications in the areas concerned. Therefore, one main purpose of this volume is providing an intensive analysis of the intersection of these areas. In addition, the book strengthens the relationship between the theory and the practical applications and it illustrates the two-sided relationship between game theory and management accounting: new game theoretic models offer new fields of applications and these applications raise new questions for the theory.
