The research study will include 150 participants who self-identified as transgender and gender diverse who are either employed, are students, or community members that are centralized or have looked for resources in the San Fernando Valley. The examining method in order to measure this impact on the transgender individual will be taken through a survey that will allow the author a chance to propose a quantitative perspective on how employers can approach transgender diversity in the workplace. The analyses from this study should reveal how gender diversity at work can be composed of implications of existing models and organizational policies.
