Une première aborde les modalités de territorialisation de l'action publique en faveur de l'agriculture et du développement rural. Une deuxième problématique interroge la territorialisation des politiques d'aménagement et de développement territorial, à travers l'essor des territoires de projet et de planification (Pays, PNR, intercommunalités et SCOT), comme cadre de révélation de nouvelles formes de gouvernance entre acteurs territoriaux et acteurs agricoles. Fortement imbriquée à la précédente, une troisième problématique s'intéresse aux types d'actions entreprises par les territoires de projet dans le champ agricole. Elle sera plus particulièrement développée dans le numéro suivant (n° 35).
