Shortly after the organization was perfected the board of directors adopted a programme of procedure, which might be considered a practicalguide for the work the association had in view. First, in order to insure united action on the part of auxiliary societies upon all matters affecting the common interests, an advisory council has been formed. It consists of the board of directors of the association, together with two delegates from auxiliary societies, such as the out-door Art League and the California Chapter of the American Institute of Architects.
